Which means... Beautifully wrapped gifts under the tree, garlands, lights and mistletoe. Kisses, hugs, laughter all around. Reading of greeting cards, attending church celebrations and enjoying family feasts. It also means, Father Christmas will be coming down the chimney to deliver gifts to the homes of good children across the world, helping himself to the well-deserved glass of milk and plate of cookies left for him on the way out. Until next Saturday however... still so many things to do. Sigh.
I'm in the middle of planning my Christmas menu, wrapping up my pressies and finishing off some last-minute shopping for friends & family. Somewhat organised but not quite. There isn't a lot of time left!
We are most definitely on the countdown!
